As the Corporate Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible in the evaluation of documentation, due diligence and the financials of incoming proposals, proposed acquisitions & mergers, plus both internal and external business ideas and models.

Acquisitions are grouped with mergers and your main job function will be acquiring other companies and merging them into Project Gulf Group.

You will work closely with the chairman of the group and assist in the evaluation and validation process.

You will be responsible for ensuring any acquisition made by Project Gulf Group is sound and reasonable. This involves projecting how the transaction will affect the company and determining the financial impact of a takeover. You may also be required develop and execute the acquisitions strategy as well as ensure the process goes smoothly.

Part of your job involves seeking out suitable acquisitions. You will review companies to see if they'll make good additions to Project Gulf Group. Arbitrating an acquisition might also fall to you, requiring you to maintain close contact with top executives in both companies. You may be required to discuss the terms of the deal and negotiate those terms to suit the needs of both Project Gulf Group and the company that we want to acquire

A bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent;

Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions;

Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;

Ability to monitor or assess performance of yourself, other individuals, or organization to make improvements or take corrective action.

Analytical skills and process management.

Financial & Accounting knowledge/understanding,

Confident and clear communication skills, including public speaking and presentations,

Decision-making skills whilst understanding the boundaries and constraint of the current environment,

Negotiating aptitude.

Must be dedicated as the Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.

Must be honest, ethical and diligent, along with being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace must be able to work and understand different cultures.

Reporting to the Chairman of the group you will require a high level of attention to detail.

Traveling to the following countries may be required:

USA/Canada/Mexico/Seychelles/Maldives/United Kingdom/United Arab Emirates/Hong Kong/Switzerland/Germany/Jakarta/ South Korea

The ideal candidate must be able and willing to travel.
